SONY RADIO ACADEMY AWARD NOMINATION

We are delighted to announce that Rhod’s Radio 2 series “Rhod Gilbert’s Bulging Barrel of Laughs” has been nominated for a prestigious Sony Award.

2011 marks the 30th year for the awards – the most prestigious radio accolades in the UK, judged by over 100 industry professionals recognising excellence in the world of radio.  Rhod is nominated in the ‘Best Comedy’ category.  The winners will be announced on Monday 9th May at a ceremony in central London.
